Screen Industries Skills Plan

For the first time, organisations from across the UK screen industry are coming together to develop a shared strategic framework for workforce skills.

Convened by ScreenSkills on behalf of industry, the Screen Industries Skills Plan (SISP) brings together more than 150 organisations and individuals, including employers, broadcasters, streamers, production companies, freelancers, industry bodies, training providers and education partners.

Together, they are identifying shared workforce priorities and collaborating to develop practical recommendations to support the UK screen workforce. The Plan aims to complement already existing initiatives, building on the skills activity already taking place across the sector to help the industry work more effectively together across common challenges and opportunities.

The Screen Industries Skills Plan is currently in development. This hub will grow with the programme, bringing together the latest information, news, publications and updates as the work progresses.
